Set in the wooded hills above Brush Prairie, Summer Hills has been a quiet corner of southwest Washington since 1996; known for its long views, forest trails, and the kind of environment that makes the Pacific Northwest worth living in.
This website is where homeowners take care of the practical side of living here: paying dues, contacting the board, finding documents, and submitting architectural review requests. It’s also where you’ll find news from the neighborhood.

A special 2027 Budget Planning session will be held at 2 pm on Sept 24th. Please watch your email and this page for meeting details! ARC Meetings will be held at 5:00pm prior to regular board meetings.
